The Company acquires personal information by appropriate means and, unless otherwise allowed by law, will announce the purpose of use in advance or notify or announce it promptly after acquisition. Personal information is collected mainly through application forms, inquiry postcards, surveys, events, facility tours, and business visits, under the supervision of a person in charge and with proper storage and management. In addition, we may collect information using electronic communication methods such as the Internet or telephone."
